Great products I highly recommend them.
The amount of ads and locked features for an already expensive Orbi setup is disappointing. App works decently, albeit a little slow to load at times.
After installing the router with satellites and restarting over 10 times and re try, app is asking unlock premium features to control it?! Was the £995 paid for the orbi system not enough for Netgear ltd now asking for subscriptions?! Online support is none existing and this app is more tha useless . Slow and outdated. Returned the whole thing.
Latest app update opens and occasionally quickly shows my network then reverts to a lovely blue screen that showed only the version of the app. Plus Orbi really doesn't like Samsung S21+ as it refuses to connect on a regular basis which then entails reboot of Orbi, forgetting my networks and reconnecting. Note the Netgear problem with Samsung has gone on for months.

WiFi Analytics page doesn't work
cant ever get into my security and i jave no way to pause what people do . I had all this access when i first got it but that changed after my warranty was up.
Very confusing app. The orbi hardware seems fine, but the app is very finicky.
Update: Orbi logged me out after the latest update (25-04) and it does not let me log back in. The app keeps going back to the home screen whenever I select log in on the home screen. -------- Why does this app keep asking for super user rights? Very sketchy. Also, it would be nice if the app could show you data usage per device and would allow export of such information. Currently, it only allows you to see your overall data usage and then only for the current and last day/week/month.
